Privacy Policy for Anndi's Time Clock

This privacy policy describes how Anndi's Time Clock ("the App") handles user information.
1. Information Collected
The App allows you to record and manage work hour entries. The data you enter may include:
- Project names
- Work location names
- Work session start and end times
- Work session durations
- Any notes or labels you attach to entries
All of this data is created by you directly within the App or triggered by scanning NFC tags. The App uses your device's NFC reader to scan tags for the purpose of clocking in and out of work sessions. The App reads only the tag identifier needed to start or stop a time entry. No other data is collected from the NFC tag or the NFC hardware.
The App does not access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensors or system data beyond NFC.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your data is used solely to provide the App's core functionality: logging, displaying, and reporting your work hours. It is not used for any other purpose.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. No data is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party. The App does not use any internet connection to send or receive your data.
4. Third-Party Sharing
The App does not share your data with any third party. There are no analytics services, advertising frameworks, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party SDKs integrated into the App.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You can delete individual entries within the App at any time. To remove all data completely, you can clear the App's data through your device settings or uninstall the App. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
6. Security
Because your data is stored only on your device and never transmitted, its security is governed by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). The App does not implement additional encryption beyond what the operating system provides.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and you have concerns, please contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
